Our History

Here's an impressive journey through the eventful history of QEGM. Advanced process and fascinating products characterize the business development of our foundry.

QEGM was founded in 2002 in Shandong Province, one main casting central base in China and near Qingdao port.

At that time, pig irons were melted by a cupola and floor moulding was the main production way nearly all by hands. Annual capacity is about 600 tons or 30 containers.

Manhole covers and frames were produced and supplied for infrastructure industry and all were exported to European markets.

The business has expanded rapidly next 10 years,and its success is underpinned by its values, dedicated engineers and workers and longstanding relationships with our customers.

In order to satisfy environments requirement, the cupola was removed and replaced by electric stoves(2x2ton). Casting annual capacity is coming to 8000tons soon.

Precoated shell moulding and resin sand moulding process were used to increase production efficiency and products' surface quality, which made our product range was enlarged to construction industry. Concrete mixer's components became our core products. Ring gears/pinions/stub axle/gearbox were produced and all production fully service for concrete mixer industry.

Hot precoated shell moulding and cold precoated shell moulding are main production process with high efficiency and our production capacity gets to 40 tons per day, which shorten our production schedule much and meet customers' fast delivery requirement.

As castings evolved, our products and services continue to develop to solve the challenges faced on site today.

CNC and automatic molding line were built to make our products more precise and reduce the labor cost to increase our competition.
